IAM and Topcon Announce Partnership

Kilkenny-based IAM Agricultural Machinery has announced an exciting new partnership with Topcon Agriculture, establishing IAM as the exclusive distributor of Topcon’s agricultural technology portfolio across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Beginning on 1 January 2025, IAM will collaborate with Topcon, a global leader in agricultural technology with over 40 years of experience in crop and livestock production.

Expanding Access to Precision Agriculture

As a result of this partnership, Irish farmers will gain increased access to advanced agricultural technology. By combining IAM’s extensive local expertise with Topcon’s cutting-edge solutions, this alliance seeks to usher in a new era of precision agriculture in Ireland. Ultimately, it will create new opportunities to enhance productivity and sustainability within the agricultural community.

Broad Portfolio of Agricultural Solutions

The distribution agreement will span Topcon’s complete portfolio of agriculture solutions, including the recently launched Value Line autosteering range. Specifically designed for mid-range tractors on small to medium-sized farms, this innovation marks a significant step forward by making autosteering technology—traditionally used in larger machinery—more accessible to a wider range of farmers.
