Hi, my name is Fred Karlsson, one of the founders of DoneDeal. I am originally from Sweden, but have lived in Ireland for about 10 years.

My lovely wife, Geraldine, is also working with DoneDeal. Geraldine is originally from Wexford, and nowdays we live in Wexford town. It is a lovely place to live, quite similar in size and style to my home town in Sweden, Nässjö.

Interests

I love cooking. My parents have always been involved in the restaurant and hotel trade, so I had to learn about food early on when helping out in their business.

I also love everything techy. I started working with computers when I was 15, writing and selling computer games for the good old Spectravideo.

What I do

My main work in DoneDeal is developing the web site, and any other technical stuff. I also work with our affiliates and partners to grow our business. But being a small company I also do anything else that needs to be done.
