August is Aware month on DoneDeal. For each ad placed we give 30 cent to Aware to help them to improve the lives of the 400,000 people affected by depression in Ireland.

Aware is a nationwide organisation which provides vital emotional support and information to those who experience depression, and to their families.

Aware has an extensive network of support groups throughout the country, which includes groups for those who experience the condition themselves. as well as groups specifically for family members and relatives who are in need of support.  A full list of the groups is available on www.aware.ie.  The Aware loCall helpline can be contacted on 1890 303 302.
