We’re Looking for a Customer Support Person
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the DoneDeal team.

You Need These Points:
- You MUST have basic computer skills which include Email, Microsoft Word.
- You MUST be a frequent user of the Internet.
- Have excellent written and verbal communications.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have good time management skills.
- Have a task oriented and energetic approach to work.
- Have experience of successful problem solving.
- Have the ability to work on own initiative.
- Be based in or around Wexford town.
- Previous work experience of a minimum 5 years.

Your main responsibilities at DoneDeal will be:
- Manage and reply to emails received from clients. The work involves both email and phone responses.
- Manage our online help system.

- Write on our blog.
